Responsibilities of the Position
- Maintaining sophisticated aircraft mounted airborne remote sensing equipment
- Analyze acquisition data for quality control
- Read and understand electrical and electronic drawings
- Maintain upgrades of proprietary real-time acquisition software
- Perform real-time software testing
- Build, test and design printed control boards (PCB)
- Fabricate, test and design acquisition systems, and
- Write and draw assembly procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Solid electrical knowledge an asset
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages an asset
- Demonstrated experience in circuit board assembly and repair
- PC assembly and testing
- Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain a valid passport for the purpose of traveling globally
- Post-secondary education in an applicable program, and
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
